A Year In Review

There comes a time of the year where we reflect, regret, set new goals and anxiously wait in excitement for the fresh start a new year brings. 2017 was quite the year for us, with many events and changes taking place. They say a business is only as strong as the team that drives it forward and we need to commend our team (all 50+ of them) who stood strongly behind the success we experienced in 2017. We would also like to thank our clients, old and new, for allowing us to journey with them. Their positive feedback has continued to boost the confidence of our team well into 2018. With offices in Cape Town and Hermanus; our growth and success in the industry granted us an opportunity to expand even further, which lead to our Johannesburg office opening in June and our Botswana launch making its way in January. Celebrations were never-ending, we saw Hermanus (our “Original Gangsters”) bring their A game in the monthly sales competition and being the undefeated champions of 2017. Love was in the air with two engagements and a wedding taking place. Branda-babies were also welcomed into the world with another due this year (our future Brandabots). Hard work paid off with much-deserved promotions taking place and though we bid farewell to some, we also welcomed a few new faces! Speaking of celebrations - we had an unforgettable staff party at the infamous Stardust. With highs come lows, much of which we’ve been able to learn and grow from. The year of the ’17 paved an important path for 2018 and with many more changes and challenges ahead of us – we have even higher hopes for what this year has in store for us!
